I was honored to be on a panel yesterday to discuss “Innovate Business” at Middle of the Map Fest here in KC. It was a great panel discussing the local startup and entrepreneur scene, and how businesses can embrace innovation to make their products and services even better. It may sound like a no-brainer, but many businesses become complacent in their service / product offering and often find themselves left behind.
